History of Pai-Kor
| Pai-Kor is the trading name of a company formed in Italy in 1924 by a chemist and businessman, Mr. Giovanni Guidetti and the company is now owned and run by the third and fourth generations of the Guidetti family who are all Phd chemists.
Personal scientific skills and business traditions have enabled the Guidetti family to develop and market unique and innovative products and to take them to market in the most efficient way. |

Pai-Kor produces industrial paints and coatings. Their products for degreasing and phosphating metal surfaces allow for the unique, one-step de-greasing and pre-treatment process known as PLAFORIZATION™. Production of paints and coatings was begun in 1954 and of metal pre-treatment products in the 1960s. Thanks particularly to the development and commercialisation of PLAFORIZATION™, Pai-Kor is active in the international market, where it has a distribution network throughout Europe and in numerous countries outside Europe. In 1989 Pai-Kor obtained an international patent for the ECOPHOR SYSTEM, an environmentally-friendly system for organic phosphating |

At the beginning of 1991, the company moved to its current headquarters where it now has approximately 8,000 square metres of space. Pai-kor UK Limited is the sole distributor of these unique products in the UK and Ireland |
